All of our mugs are hand thrown on the pottery wheel with stoneware clay. Their handles are pulled and attached by hand and then slowly dried before their first firing.
Glaze is then applied before the piece’s final firing which will reach temperatures of 1250 degrees. The second firing vitrifies the glaze making the item dishwasher and microwave friendly.
